The Islamic Republic is no ordinary regime. It has an ideological project, the mother of the most radical terror and extremist movements of our era. Fueled by the massive wealth of Iran’s natural gas and oil reserves, the Mullahs exported their lethal theology into every corner of the world, underwritten by an eschatology of sacred martyrdom that transformed death into a political weapon. Islamism under their command echoed the worst totalitarianisms of the twentieth century, blending the core ingredients of communism, Nazism, and fascism into something uniquely dangerous, a theocratic totalitarianism with divine sanction and petrochemical financing.
The scale of what they built was staggering. Terror proxies financed across five continents. Intercontinental Ballistic capabilities. Uranium enriched to military grade in defiance of international law. Business partnerships forged with the world’s largest narco-traffickers. The weaknesses of the international financial system and political order exploited with surgical precision. The Mullahs created an octopus that even the most powerful countries feared to confront directly. They called openly for the annihilation of Israel, declared permanent war against the West, attempted to assassinate a sitting American president, kidnapped the Palestinian cause for their own imperial agenda, and massacred their own population whenever it dared to rise. The verdict of history, accelerated by Israeli and American precision, was unambiguous: this regime had to fall.
What stands before us now is something extraordinary : the possibility of a pacified Middle East among the descendants of Abraham. Not an imposed peace, but an earned one. An integrated economic space with free trade, freedom of movement, and peaceful coexistence among the three great monotheistic faiths. The geography of conflict can become again the geography of commerce, of culture, of shared civilization.
What we are witnessing is not a war reaching its end. It is a birth. The birth of an Abrahamic Alliance. When the last Mullah is buried, the half billion human beings living across the arc from Armenia to Morocco will finally be able to rise together and to build something better, safer, and more just than anything the region has known in living memory.
The hatred was not inevitable. It was manufactured, funded, and weaponized by a regime that needed enemies to survive. Remove the regime, and you remove the oxygen from the fire.
On the rubble of 47 years of Islamic Gehenna, there is now ground to build upon. A new Garden of Eden, not inherited but constructed stone by stone, hand by hand, across every border the Revolution once set ablaze.
